A-222 Veterinary Teaching Hospital

Responsibilities:
- Provide first contact support from the A-222 and A-224 computer labs,
for basic
operation and problem resolution of VTHCS supported applications including
but not limited to:
- Outlook email, WebMail
- Outlook Calendar
- Network Printer Operations
- Telnet Client access to VTH Servers
- Network File Access to U:drive, S:drive
- Web-Browser support
- PC support (ie. How do I…….change printers)
